RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns / exchanges:
We do not offer returns, only exchanges.
If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. The exchange must be made within 7 days of the original purchase, and we must receive the package within 14 days of original order date to be eligible for the exchange. The hair must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return label. Used product or product that is not attached to the original packaging, unopened cannot be exchanged and will be sent back to you. Thrive Hair Extensions is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost packages.
To start an exchange, please email thriveextensions@gmail.com within 7 days of your original order date. In the email, please include your order number and the item(s) you are wanting to send back for an exchange. We must receive the package within 14 days of the original order date.
- We do not accept exchanges for our luxury clip ins.
Thrive Extensions is not responsible for any damage done by the extension installation.
If you were shipped the wrong order, please notify us immediately by contacting thriveextensions@gmail.com. Please include your order number and incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong item.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
Our hair is 100% top raw eastern european double drawn virgin hair with full cuticles and may have slight color variations that can be expected. As a result, we cannot guarantee perfect color consistency with each pack of hair.
Shipping for returns/exchanges:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels.

Route package protection:
Thrive Hair Extensions LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We offer route as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure he or she enters their address correctly. Please include any suite, apartment, or building numbers). Thrive is not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. The buyer is responsible for an additional shipping label in order for their order to be sent back out. All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking confirmation confirms that your package was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address.
Local pickup:
WE OFFER FREE LOCAL PICKUP. We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you would like to pick up your order, please choose local pickup under shipping at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages:
Thrive Extension LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address when ordering to ensure that your package is going to the correct location. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not ship out a duplicate order if your hair has not made it on time.
All of our shipments are via UPS OR USPS and tracking information will be updated once an order has been shipped.
Shipping time:
If we receive your order by 12pm MST, Monday through Friday, your order will be processed same-day; all orders placed after 12pm MST Monday-Friday, will process the next business day. Order placed on Friday after 12pm MST through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We do not ship on holidays.
